Pickup and Delivery Questions
We offer pickup and delivery services seven days a week.
You can use our service for only $2.25/lb. for next day service. If you are not in a hurry, save some money and utilize our 48 hour service for only $1.75/lb.
There is a $45 minimum order. Same day orders have a $75 minimum order.
All you have to do to schedule a pickup is to click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button. From there you fill in your information.
Depending on which service you choose your clean clothes will be returned to you in 24 or 48 hours.
You do not. When you place your order, just let us know the secure location where you will be leaving your laundry, so our driver knows where to look for it.
There is a section called "Preferences" when you place your order. If you have any special instructions, you can add them there.
There is not. You can cancel at any time, but we have confidence that as long as we continue to provide you with exceptional service you will stick with us.
When you place your order, we ask for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your laundry order is complete.
We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that can be cinched closed.
You can log into your account and suspend your laundry service until you return.
